Tom Creamer (Midfielder): An exciting player who can score spectacular goals, Tom
progressed through the ranks at Wrexham prior to his release and was a key part of Conwy’s
treble winning side of 2017-18. He then had a successful spell at Rhyl before returning to his
home town club Conwy.
He joined Bay during the 2021/22 season and after coming back from injury he played in all but one of the 2022/23 season’s championship winning games, scoring 10 goals in the process. Scored Bay’s first ever goal in the JD Cymru Premier with a spectacular long range effort against Barry Town which was shortlisted for Sgorio’s Goal of
